Companies, while striving to minimize the expenses
of having your own legal department and/or hiring
more legal stuff to take custodian of your companies legal needs. We believe in ensuring that not only do you run your

Meet our Management
The Managing Director of MNM Legal Consultants, Mpho Moleme, grew up in a township called Itsoseng in the North West Province, where he studied his LLB degree which he completed in the year 2013, thereafter served his Articles of Clerkship and moved onto the Financial Services Industry.

MNM Legal Consultants is managed and directed by Mpho Moleme, who holds an LLB degree and the following Certificates: Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering Control, Certificate in Compliance Management, Certificate in Corporate Governance, Certificate in Innovation and Project Management. Mpho Moleme is also an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over eight (8) years experience in the Legal and Compliance field specialising in, amongst other things, contracts, opinion drafting, research, compliance assessments in the Financial Services Industry and submission of returns in terms of the Companies Act.
